Entry path: Priority Feature Settings page → Members/Departments That Cannot Be Marked Urgent → Add Rule
- Open the Priority Feature Settings page.
- Click the Members/Departments That Cannot Be Marked Urgent tab.
- Click Add Rule.
- Select the members or departments to restrict.
- Select restriction types such as Do not allow in-app pop-up urgent reminders.
- Confirm that the rule appears in the list.

- Enter the In-app pop-up urgent usage limit value for that member or department.

5. Send an urgent message in chat
Entry path: WPS Teams client → Chat conversation → Right-click message → Urgent
- Open the WPS Teams client.
- Open the target chat conversation from the left navigation area.
- Right-click the message bubble that you want to mark urgent.
- Click Urgent in the menu.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The message enters the urgent sending flow.
- Next action available: You can continue setting recipients or reminder options.

- Common mistake: If the target message is not selected first, you cannot apply the urgent action to that message.

6. Choose recipients and send an urgent message in a group chat
Entry path: WPS Teams client → Chat conversation → Right-click message → Urgent → Urgent Settings

- Right-click the message bubble that you want to mark urgent.
- In the Urgent Settings dialog, review the urgent content.
- In the Recipients area, add recipients.
- Select the members who should receive the urgent reminder.
- Click Send.
