1. Open the More menu

Entry point: Message composer toolbar → More button

  2. In the toolbar at the bottom message composer, click the button.
  3. Review the expanded More menu above the composer.
  4. Check the available items for the current conversation type: one-to-one chats show Personal Contact Card, while group chats can show Group Poll, Write Email, and Personal Contact Card.

2. Share a personal contact card

Entry point: More → Personal Contact Card

  1. In a one-to-one chat or group chat, click to open the More menu.
  2. Click Personal Contact Card.
  3. In the contact picker, use the search box, Recent list, or Contacts list to find the target contact.
  4. Select the contact you want to share.
  5. Click Send Contact Card.
  6. Confirm that the contact card appears in the chat.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: a contact card appears in the chat area.
  • Next action available: the recipient can open the card to view more contact details.

3. Create a group poll in a group chat

Entry point: More → Group Poll

  1. Open a group chat.
  2. Click to open the More menu.

  4. Enter the poll topic and options in the poll creation view.
  5. Publish the poll.
  6. Confirm that the poll card appears in the group chat.

4. Email everyone in the group

Entry point: More → Write Email → Everyone

  1. Open a group chat and click .
  2. Hover over Write Email.

  4. In the email editor, confirm that all group members have been added as recipients.
  5. Enter the email subject and body.
  6. Send the email.

5. Email selected recipients

Entry point: More → Write Email → Select Recipients

  1. Open a group chat and click .
  2. Hover over Write Email.
  3. Click Select Recipients.
  4. In the member picker, select the group members who should receive the email.
  5. Confirm the selection to open the email editor.
  6. Enter the email subject and body, then send the email.
