How-to Guide
1. Open the More menu
Entry point: Message composer toolbar → More button
- Open the WPS collaboration chat interface.
- In the toolbar at the bottom message composer, click the
⋯button. - Review the expanded More menu above the composer.
- Check the available items for the current conversation type: one-to-one chats show Personal Contact Card, while group chats can show Group Poll, Write Email, and Personal Contact Card.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the More menu opens above the message composer.
- Next action available: you can continue to select Personal Contact Card, Group Poll, or Write Email.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: if you are not inside a chat conversation, the related composer tools may not appear.

2. Share a personal contact card
Entry point: More → Personal Contact Card
- In a one-to-one chat or group chat, click
⋯to open the More menu. - Click
Personal Contact Card. - In the contact picker, use the search box, Recent list, or Contacts list to find the target contact.
- Select the contact you want to share.
- Click
Send Contact Card. - Confirm that the contact card appears in the chat.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: a contact card appears in the chat area.
- Next action available: the recipient can open the card to view more contact details.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: if no contact is selected, the card cannot be sent.
- Environment note: the contact list must load normally for your account.
3. Create a group poll in a group chat
Entry point: More → Group Poll
- Open a group chat.
- Click
⋯to open the More menu. - Click
Group Poll. - Enter the poll topic and options in the poll creation view.
- Publish the poll.
- Confirm that the poll card appears in the group chat.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: a poll card appears in the group conversation.
- Next action available: group members can vote directly from the chat.

- Common mistake: this option appears only in group chats, not in one-to-one chats.

4. Email everyone in the group
Entry point: More → Write Email → Everyone
- Open a group chat and click

Write Email. - Click
Everyone. - In the email editor, confirm that all group members have been added as recipients.
- Enter the email subject and body.
- Send the email.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the email editor opens and the recipient field includes the group members.
- Next action available: you can continue editing and send the message.

5. Email selected recipients
Entry point: More → Write Email → Select Recipients
- Open a group chat and click

Write Email. - Click
Select Recipients. - In the member picker, select the group members who should receive the email.
- Confirm the selection to open the email editor.
- Enter the email subject and body, then send the email.
