How-to Guide

1. Move a Chat into Message Assistant

Entry point: Left conversation list → right-click a conversation → Move into Message Assistant

  1. In the left conversation list, find the conversation you want to store.
  2. Right-click the conversation.
  3. Select Move into Message Assistant from the menu.
  4. Wait for the conversation to disappear from the main chat list and move into the Message Assistant list.

Success Criteria

  • Visual result: The selected conversation no longer appears in the main chat list.
  • What you can do next: You can still open the conversation from the Message Assistant view.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you right-click the wrong conversation, a different chat may be moved instead.
  • Environment note: Your account needs access to the collaboration chat list.

2. Open the Message Assistant List

Entry point: Top area of the left conversation list → < Message Assistant button

  1. After moving a conversation into Message Assistant, look above the left conversation list for the < Message Assistant button.
  2. Click < Message Assistant to open the Message Assistant view.
  3. Review the list of stored conversations.
  4. Open any conversation as needed to read messages or reply.

Success Criteria

  • Visual result: The Message Assistant view opens and shows the stored conversation list.
  • What you can do next: Conversations in the list can be opened, read, and replied to normally.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: Looking only in the main chat list may make it seem like the conversation was removed.
  • Environment note: Stored conversations appear only in the Message Assistant view.

3. Move a Chat out of Message Assistant

Entry point: Message Assistant list → right-click a conversation → Move out of Message Assistant

  1. Open the Message Assistant view.
  2. Find the conversation you want to return to the main chat list.
  3. Right-click the conversation.
  4. Select Move out of Message Assistant from the menu.
  5. Return to the main chat list and confirm that the conversation appears again.

Success Criteria

  • Visual result: The selected conversation is removed from Message Assistant and appears again in the main chat list.
  • What you can do next: The conversation can be used like a regular chat again.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: After restoration, the conversation may not return to its previous position.
  • Environment note: The list order may update based on recent message time.
