How many conversations can the Message Assistant list display?

  1. Open the Message Assistant view to review the conversations already stored there.
  2. Continue moving conversations into Message Assistant as needed.
  3. Under the current feature behavior, the Message Assistant list does not have a stated quantity limit, and stored conversations appear in time order.

After I move a chat out of Message Assistant, will it return to its original position?

  1. In the Message Assistant list, right-click the target conversation.
  2. Select Move out of Message Assistant.
  3. Return to the main chat list to review the result. The conversation appears in the main list again, but its position may change based on recent message time.

Will I still receive new messages and notifications after moving a chat into Message Assistant?

  1. Move the target conversation into Message Assistant.
  2. Keep your account online and continue receiving collaboration messages.
  3. Moving a conversation into Message Assistant changes only where it appears. It does not leave or block the conversation, so messages and notifications can still arrive normally.
