How-to Guide

1. Open the Group Bot page

Entry: Group chat window → three-dot menu in the upper-right corner → Group Bot

  1. Open the target group chat window.
  2. Click the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner to open the chat settings panel.
  3. Find Group Bot in the chat settings panel.
  4. Click Group Bot to open the Bots in This Group page.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The Bots in This Group page opens.
  • Next action available: You can review the bot count, check the list, or add another bot.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you do not open the target group chat first, you cannot access the matching bot page for that group.
  • Environment note: A working internet connection is required.

2. Review the bot list for the current group

Entry: Bots in This Group page

  1. Open the Bots in This Group page by following the previous section.
  2. Check the current number shown next to Group Bot.
  3. Review the bot list displayed on the page.
  4. Read each bot name and description to understand its purpose.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The page shows the list of bots already added to the current group.
  • Next action available: You can identify the bot names, descriptions, and current count.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: Checking only the count without opening the list page does not show which bots are actually in the group.
  • Environment note: Loading the list depends on network status.

3. Add a new bot

Entry: Bots in This Group page → Add Bot

  1. Open the Bots in This Group page.
  2. Click the Add Bot button in the lower-right corner.
  3. Review the available items in the pop-up bot list.
  4. Select the target bot to add it to the current group chat.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The target bot appears in the current group bot list, and the count changes accordingly.
  • Next action available: You can continue reviewing the new bot's name and description.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: Closing the pop-up list before selecting the target bot.
