Why can't I find the Group Bot entry in my group chat?

  1. Make sure you opened a group chat window instead of another chat type.
  2. Click the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner and check the chat settings panel.
  3. Confirm that WPS Office is signed in and connected to the internet.
  4. If the entry still does not appear, update WPS Office for Mac and try again.

What information can I see on the Bots in This Group page?

  1. Open the Bots in This Group page.
  2. Check how many bots have already been added to the current group.
  3. Review the bot names and descriptions in the list.

How do I confirm that a bot was added successfully?
