1. Search mailbox content

Entry point: top global search bar input box → Search More → Email tab

  1. Click the top search bar on the left.
  2. In the drop-down menu, click Search More to open the search page.
  3. On the tab bar at the top of the search page, click Email to switch to the email search view.
  4. Enter email keywords in the search box to search email content in the currently signed-in mailbox.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: the search page is open and the Email tab is selected.
  • Next actions: you can review the search results and continue refining them with filters.
  • No side effects: the search stays within the mailbox permissions of the current signed-in account.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistakes: if you do not open Search More first, you may not see the Email tab.
  • Environment limits: a WPS Email account must already be configured and signed in.
