1. Open the chat file management page

Entry path: Enterprise Admin Console → Office Suite → WPS Collaboration → Chat File Management → File Control

  1. Sign in to the enterprise admin console.
  2. In the left navigation pane, click Office Suite to expand the related menu.
  3. Click WPS Collaboration to open collaboration management options.
  4. Click Chat File Management to open the chat file management page.
  5. Click the File Control tab.
