1. Open the service desk page

Entry path: Left navigation pane → Workspace → Service Desk

1. Click Workspace in the left navigation pane to open the workspace page.
2. Find the Service Desk icon in the app list.
3. Click Service Desk to open the service desk home page.

• Interface result: The service desk home page opens successfully.

2. Fill in service desk details

Entry path: Service Desk page → Create Now → Service desk form

1. On the service desk home page, click Create Now to open the service desk information form.
2. Click the Service Desk Icon area to upload an icon image.
3. Make sure the uploaded image is in PNG format and no larger than 300 KB.
4. Enter the service desk name in the Service Desk Name field.
5. Enter the service desk description in the Service Desk Introduction field.
6. After confirming the details, click Create to finish creating the service desk.

• Interface result: The service desk is created and the corresponding service entry is generated.
