Entry path: Top global search bar → Search More → Contacts

  1. Click the search bar at the top left.
  2. In the drop-down menu, click Search More to open the search page.
  3. On the tab bar at the top of the search page, click Contacts to switch to the contact search view.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The search page opens and the Contacts tab is visible.
  • What you can do next: You can type contact information in the search box.
  • Common mistake: If you do not open Search More first, you may not see the full contact search view.

2. Search Contacts by Name or Department

Entry path: Contacts view → Search box

  1. Click the search box in the Contacts view.
  2. Enter a contact name or a department keyword.
  3. Review the matching contact details in the results list.
  4. If needed, use the filter option at the top right of the search page to narrow the results.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The results list shows matching contacts.
  • What you can do next: You can refine the keyword or use filters to narrow the list further.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If the keyword is too broad, too many results may appear. Add a more specific name or department keyword.
