Can I search both cloud and local message history?
- Open the top global search bar and enter Search More.
- Switch to the Chat History tab.
- Enter a keyword to search both locally cached history and cloud-stored history.
Can recalled messages appear in results?
- Open the Chat History search view.
- Enter a keyword related to the target message.
- If the message was recalled, it does not appear in the search results.
Why can’t I see some messages mentioned by coworkers?
- Make sure you entered the Chat History tab through Search More.
- Check whether your account can access the conversation that contains the message.
- Search results follow message permissions, so messages outside your access scope are not shown.
How do I search chat history and open the original context?
- Enter a keyword in the Chat History tab.
- Find the matching conversation in the results list.
- Open the result to jump back to the original conversation and review nearby messages.
