1. Search Chat History

Entry point: Top global search bar → Search More → Chat History

  1. Click the search bar at the top left.
  2. In the drop-down menu, click Search More to open the search page.
  3. On the tab bar at the top of the page, click Chat History.
  4. Enter a keyword in the search box to search matching messages across all conversations.
  5. Review the grouped results by conversation, then open the matching conversation to view more context.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: The page switches to the chat history search view.
  • Next actions: You can enter keywords and see results grouped by conversation.
  • No side effects: Existing conversation content is not changed.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistakes: If you do not enter Search More first, you may not reach the chat history search view.
