Where is the Chat File Cleanup entry?

  1. Sign in to the enterprise admin console.
  2. Open WPS Collaboration in the left navigation pane.
  3. Click Chat File Management, then open the File Cleanup tab.

Can deleted files still be restored?

  1. Yes, as long as the file is still within the restore window.
  2. Deleted files can be restored by an administrator within 60 days.
  3. After 60 days, the file is automatically permanently destroyed and cannot be restored.

What is the difference between Delete and Permanently Destroy?

  1. Delete moves the file into a recoverable state.
  2. During the 60-day window, an administrator can still restore it.
  3. Permanently Destroy removes the file permanently and it cannot be restored afterward.

What filters are available when searching files?

  1. You can filter by file type, file status, and owner status.
  2. You can also filter by file size and inactive days.
  3. You can also search by name or UID, and by file name or file ID.
