What bots are included in the search scope?
- Bot Search covers bots that are already available in your organization.
- After you enter a bot name keyword, results are returned from the currently available organizational scope.
- If you cannot find a bot, confirm that it has been made available in your organization.
Why do I get no results after entering a keyword?
- Check whether the keyword matches the bot name.
- Make sure you are in the Bots tab instead of another search category.
- Confirm that the bot is available in your organization and visible to your current account.
Can I search with only part of a bot name?
- Yes. Bot Search supports matching by bot name keywords.
- If you do not remember the full name, enter the main part of the name first.
- Then narrow down the result list to find the target bot.
