FAQ
What options are available in the search scope setting?
- Open the Configure Parameters panel.
- Click the Set search scope dropdown.
- Choose All Records, Records That Meet Conditions, or the Record Triggered in Step 1 based on your flow needs.
What happens if I choose Stop when no content is found?
- In the When no content is found area, choose Stop.
- If the current step does not find a matching record, the current branch stops running.
- Other branches can still continue in the original flow.
Why does the system ask me to select at least one field?
- Open the Select content to find dropdown.
- Select at least one field that should participate in the lookup.
- Return to the current panel and save and enable the flow again.
