Which target languages does WPS Translate support?

  1. The default target language is Simplified Chinese.
  2. If you want another language, translate the message once first.
  3. Click ··· at the lower-right corner of the translated result and select Switch Language.
  4. Choose a target language from the language list to view the updated result.
  5. The available languages currently include Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malay, Turkish, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, French, Russian, and Polish.

What can I do if the translated result is not ideal?

  1. Click ··· in the translated result area.
  2. Select Regenerate.
  3. Wait for WPS to create another translated result.
  4. If needed, switch the target language or review the original message together with the new result.

Why can't I see the Translate option?

  1. Make sure you are in the chat window and pointing to an actual message.
  2. Right-click the message itself.
  3. Confirm that your device is connected to the internet.
  4. If the option still does not appear, update WPS Office and try again.
