Will translation change the original email content?

  1. No. Translation changes the reading display of the current message.
  2. If you need to verify the original wording, click View Original.
  3. The original message remains available after you switch back.

Can I set a default translation language?

  1. Yes. Click Settings at the upper right of the Mail page.
  2. Open General Settings and find Translate content to.
  3. Select your target language, and later translations will use it by default.

Why can’t I find Full Translation in the right-click menu?

  1. Make sure you have opened a specific email instead of staying in the message list.
  2. Right-click inside a blank area of the message body.
  3. If the option still does not appear, refresh the page and open the email again.

How to translate email in WPS on Windows quickly?

  1. Open the email you want to read.
