FAQ

What is the difference between a text message and a rich text message?

  1. A text message is used to type and send plain text quickly.
  2. A rich text message usually supports more text styling options, such as bold or italic formatting.
  3. If you only need to send a short message quickly, use the text input box directly. If you need more styling, switch to the related formatting entry.

Is there a time limit for recalling a message?

  1. Yes.
  2. Right-click a sent message in the chat history.
  3. If the message is still within 24 hours, the Recall option is available. After 24 hours, that option is no longer available.

What follow-up actions are available for a text message?

  1. Right-click a sent text message.
  2. You can choose Copy, Reply, Forward, Multi-select, Pin, Favorite, Urgent, Add to To Do, Add to Schedule, Delete, Translate, Search Online, or AI Search.
  3. After choosing an action, continue by following the on-screen prompts.
