1. Share a Document from the Cloud Document List
Entry path: Left sidebar → Documents → Share entry on the right side of the target file
- Click Documents in the left sidebar to open the cloud document view.
- Find the file you want to share, then click the Share icon on the right side of the file, or right-click the file and choose the sharing option.
- In the sharing dialog box, click Enable collaboration to get a cloud document link.
- After collaboration is enabled, review the generated cloud document link and click Copy Link.
- Open the Link Permissions drop-down menu and choose the access level you need.
- If you need more controls, click Advanced Settings.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the sharing dialog shows a cloud document link that can be copied.
- Next action available: you can copy the link and send it to users, groups, or departments.
- Permission result: the link permissions match your current sharing needs.
Tips While Using
- The target file needs to be in a cloud document environment that supports collaboration.

2. Share Directly Inside a Document
Entry path: Top toolbar in the document editing view → Share
- Open the file you want to share and enter the editing view.
- Find the Share button on the right side of the top toolbar and click it to open the sharing dialog.
- Click Enable collaboration to get a cloud document link.
- Review the generated cloud document link and click Copy Link.
- Use the Link Permissions drop-down menu to set the access level.
- If you need more permission options, click Advanced Settings.

- Interface result: the sharing panel opens inside the document and shows a copyable link.
- Next action available: you can finish sharing without leaving the current editing view.
