Does the search include members who already left the group?

  1. Search results only show members who are currently in the group.
  2. If someone has already left the group chat, that person usually does not appear in the results.
  3. To confirm, open the full member list for the current group first.

What should I do if the search returns no result?

  1. Check whether the name spelling is correct.
  2. Try a shorter keyword for a broader match.
  3. If there is still no result, confirm that the person is in the current group.

Where can I find the Search Members entry?

  1. Open the target group chat window.
  2. Click the top-right More button to open the chat settings panel.
  3. Find the Search Members box at the top of the panel, or click View All Members and continue searching from the top of the member page.
