Which formats does screen recording support?

  1. Screen Capture supports GIF and MP4.
  2. GIF is suitable for short animated explanations.
  3. MP4 is suitable for saving a video file, but it currently does not record sound.

Is there a time limit for a single recording?

  1. A single recording can last up to 5 minutes.
  2. During recording, you can check the elapsed time and maximum duration in the bottom control bar.
  3. After the limit is reached, the recording ends and the result file is generated.

How do I send the recording after it is finished?

  1. After you finish recording, review the result in the preview window.
  2. Select Forward to send it to a target conversation.
  3. You can also select Copy and paste it into a chat box, or select Download to save it locally.

Why does MP4 have no sound?

  1. In the current version, MP4 recording captures video only.
  2. If you need to show a process quickly, you can still use MP4 for a silent demonstration.
  3. If you want to emphasize short dynamic steps, you can also switch to GIF.
