How-to Guide
1. Open the Schedule Page
Entry path: Left navigation pane → Calendar
- Open the main WPS collaboration interface.
- Click Calendar in the left navigation pane.
- After the schedule view opens, confirm that the current date is highlighted in the calendar.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The calendar page is open.
- What you can do next: You can review the current date and existing events.
Tips While Using
- If the calendar content does not appear, check your network connection and sign-in status first.
2. Add a Schedule
Entry path: Top of the calendar page → + Add Schedule
- On the schedule page, click the blue + Add Schedule button at the top.
- In the edit panel, enter the schedule title.
- Set the time, reminder, and other details.
- Save the schedule.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The new schedule appears on the selected date or time slot.
- What you can do next: You can continue to review, edit, or delete the schedule.
Tips While Using
- Only the schedule creator can edit a created schedule.
3. Quickly Add a Schedule
Entry path: Calendar date cell → + icon
- In the calendar view, move the pointer over the target date cell.
- When the + icon appears in the upper-right corner of the cell, click it.
- Create a new schedule directly under that date.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A new schedule is added under the selected date.
- What you can do next: You can continue to complete or adjust the schedule details.
Tips While Using
- This method is useful for quick event logging. If you need more details, open the detail panel afterward and complete the information there.
4. Switch Views
Entry path: Top toolbar on the calendar page → View switcher
- Open the view switcher at the top of the calendar page.
- Select Day, Week, Month, or Split View as needed.
- To return to the current day, click Today.
- To move across time ranges, click the < or > arrows to view the previous or next period.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The calendar refreshes in the selected view.
- What you can do next: You can continue browsing schedules in that time range.
Tips While Using
- Switching views changes only the display format and does not change the schedule content.
5. Filter Calendars
Entry path: Left panel → My Calendars
- On the left side of the schedule page, find the My Calendars area.
- Select the calendars you want to show.
- Clear the calendars you do not want to show.
- Review personal calendars, to-dos, or shared calendars as needed.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: Only schedules from the selected calendar types remain visible.
- What you can do next: You can review personal or shared arrangements more clearly.
Tips While Using
- Before viewing a shared calendar, make sure it has been shared with you or that you have subscribed to it.
