  2. Look for the calendar another person has shared with you.
  3. Select that calendar to display its schedule.
  4. If it does not appear, confirm that the calendar was shared or that you subscribed to it.

What is the difference between Day, Week, and Month views?

  1. Day view is useful for detailed planning within one day.
  2. Week view is useful for comparing time distribution across a week.
  3. Month view is useful for reviewing a full month of arrangements.
  4. Split View is useful when you want the calendar area and schedule details visible together.

Why does the schedule content stay the same after I switch views?

  1. Switching views only changes the display format and does not change the event itself.
  2. If you need to change event content, open the specific event and edit it.
  3. If you only want a cleaner screen, use the My Calendars area to filter what is shown.
