Does removing a session delete the chat history?
- No.
- Removing a session only hides that session from the current session list.
- The cloud chat history remains available and is not cleared by this action.
Can a removed session appear again later?
- Yes.
- If the other participant sends a new message, the session appears in the list again.
- You can then continue viewing later messages in the related conversation.
Why can't I find the Remove Session option?
- First, make sure you are on the WPS collaboration messages page.
- Find the target session in the session list and right-click it.
