Does removing a session delete the chat history?

  2. Removing a session only hides that session from the current session list.
  3. The cloud chat history remains available and is not cleared by this action.

Can a removed session appear again later?

  2. If the other participant sends a new message, the session appears in the list again.
  3. You can then continue viewing later messages in the related conversation.

Why can't I find the Remove Session option?

  1. First, make sure you are on the WPS collaboration messages page.
  2. Find the target session in the session list and right-click it.
  3. If the option is still missing, check whether you are currently in the session list view.
