1. Open the Priority Feature Settings page

- Click Add Rule.
- Select the members or departments you want to restrict.
- Select the needed restriction type, such as not allowing in-app pop-up urgent reminders.

- Open the Priority Feature Settings page.

- Check the current value in the In-App Pop-up Urgent Usage Limit area.
- Adjust the shared usage limit as needed. The default value is 300 recipient-times per person per day.
- If you need a separate rule, click Add Whitelist.
- Select a member or department and set a separate limit.
- Click Save to finish.

Entry path: WPS Teams client → Chat conversation → Right-click message → Urgent
- Open the WPS Teams client.
- Open the target chat conversation from the left navigation area.
- Right-click the message bubble that you want to mark as urgent.
- Click Urgent in the action menu.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The urgent-message flow opens.

5. Configure urgent delivery in a group chat
Entry path: WPS Teams client → Chat conversation → Right-click message → Urgent → Urgent Settings
- Open the WPS Teams client and enter the target group chat.
- Right-click the message bubble that you want to mark as urgent.
- In the Urgent Settings dialog, review the urgent content.
- In the Recipients area, add recipients.
- Select the members who should receive the urgent reminder.

Entry path: Urgent Settings dialog → In-App Pop-up Urgent → Send
- In the Urgent Settings dialog, turn on In-App Pop-up Urgent if needed.
- Confirm that the urgent content and recipients are correct.
- Click Send.
- In the confirmation dialog, click Send again.

- Interface result: The urgent message is sent successfully.

7. Check the read status of an urgent message
Entry path: Chat page → Conversation message list
- After sending the urgent message, watch the status prompt in the chat.
- When the recipient reads the message, the sender receives a prompt that the urgent message has been read.
- Use that prompt to confirm whether the message has been viewed.
