Where does a conversation appear after I pin it?

1. After you complete the pin action, return to the conversation list on the left.
2. The pinned conversation appears in the pinned area at the top of the sidebar.
3. If you have many conversations, check the top area and the pin icon first.

How can I tell whether a conversation is already pinned?

1. Find the target conversation in the conversation list.
2. Check whether a pin icon appears next to the conversation name.
3. If the conversation is also shown in the top pinned area, it is currently pinned.

Will unpinning delete the conversation?

1. No. Unpinning only changes where the conversation is displayed.
2. After you unpin it, the conversation moves from the top area back to the regular list.
3. The chat history and conversation content remain available.
