How-to Guide
1. Open the Notification Center page
Entry path: Workbench → Service Desk → Manage Service Desk → Notification Center
- Click the Workbench icon in the left navigation pane.
- Click Service Desk to open the service desk home page.
- Click Manage Service Desk to enter the admin console.
- In the left navigation menu, click Notification Center.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The page shows the Notification Center list or related action area.
- Next action available: You can continue to review records, use filters, or create a push message.
Tips While Using
- Your account needs permission to access the service desk admin console.
- Page loading depends on a working network connection.
2. Review the push record list
Entry path: Service Desk admin console → Notification Center → Push record list area
- After opening Notification Center, review the push record list on the page.
- Confirm that fields such as Push Description, Push Status, and Push Type are visible.
- Use the current list to check the overall status and type distribution of records.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: Existing push records are displayed in a list.
- Next action available: You can continue to filter records, create a push message, or export the list.
Tips While Using
- The list content depends on the push records that already exist.
3. Filter push records
Entry path: Service Desk admin console → Notification Center → Filter area
- Find the filter area at the top of the page.
- Enter text in Push Description for a fuzzy search, with a maximum of 50 characters.
- Select the required status from the Push Status drop-down list.
- Select the required type from the Push Type drop-down list.
- Set the start date and end date in Push Time.
- Enter a name or account in Sender.
- Click Query to view the filtered results.
- If you want to reset all filters, click Clear Conditions.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The list refreshes based on the current filter conditions.
- Next action available: You can refine the conditions further or move to another task.
Tips While Using
- The Push Description field has a 50-character limit.
- Time range filters can be combined with other conditions to narrow the result set.
4. Create a push message
Entry path: Service Desk → Manage Service Desk → Notification Center → Create Push Message
- On the Notification Center page, click Create Push Message.
- Enter a short description in Push Description, with a maximum of 50 characters.
- Edit Push Content by choosing a title color, entering a card title, and typing the body in the rich text area.
- Insert emojis, links, mentions, images, dividers, or buttons as needed. Each image must be no larger than 10 MB.
- To preview the result, click Send Preview to Me and send a preview message to yourself.
- Select a Push Type, such as immediate push, scheduled push, or new employee onboarding push.
- Set the Push Range by selecting the target members or departments.
- After confirming the details, click Save to keep a draft, or click Submit for Approval to enter the approval flow.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The message is saved as a draft or submitted into the approval flow.
- Next action available: You can return to the record list and check the related status.
Tips While Using
- The card title supports up to 10 characters, and the body supports up to 3000 characters.
- Recipients must be within the current visible range of the service desk and outside any disabled range, or they will not receive the push.
- When you save or submit for approval, recipients outside the visible range are filtered out.
5. Download the push list
Entry path: Service Desk admin console → Notification Center → Download Push List
- On the Notification Center page, click Download Push List.
- Wait for the system to export the current push record data.
- Open the downloaded file and confirm that it includes fields such as push description, push status, and push type.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The browser or client starts downloading the exported file.
- Next action available: You can review, archive, or audit the exported result offline.
Tips While Using
- The export reflects the current record data, so it is helpful to finish filtering before downloading.
