How do I open the Notification Center page?

  1. Open WPS Office and click Workbench in the left navigation pane.
  2. Open Service Desk and then click Manage Service Desk.
  3. In the left navigation menu, select Notification Center.

What content can I edit in a push card?

  1. You can set the title color and enter a card title.
  2. You can type content in the body area, with up to 3000 characters.
  3. The body supports emojis, links, mentions, images, dividers, and buttons, and each image must be no larger than 10 MB.

Why do some recipients not receive the push message?

  1. Check whether the recipients are within the current visible range of the service desk.
  2. Check whether the recipients are in a disabled range.
  3. When you save or submit for approval, recipients outside the visible range are filtered out automatically.
