How-to Guide
1. Open the Notification Center page
Entry path: Workspace → Service Desk → Manage Service Desk → Notification Center
- Click the Workspace icon in the left navigation bar.
- Click Service Desk to open the service desk home page.
- Click Manage Service Desk to enter the admin area.
- In the left navigation menu, click Notification Center.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The page switches to Notification Center, and the Notification Center item is selected in the left navigation.
- What you can do next: You can view records, filter them, create a push, or download the list.
Tips While Using
- You need to enter the service desk admin area before the Notification Center entry is available.
- If your account does not have the required permissions, you may not be able to open the admin page.
2. View the push record list
Entry path: Service Desk admin area → Notification Center → Push record list
- Open the Notification Center page.
- Review the push record list shown on the page.
- Check fields such as push description, push status, and push type.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The page shows the existing push record list.
- What you can do next: You can continue filtering records or move on to later management steps.
Tips While Using
- The list displays created push records for centralized review and management.
3. Filter push records
Entry path: Service Desk admin area → Notification Center → Filter area
- Find the filter area at the top of the page.
- Enter keywords in the Push Description box for fuzzy search, with up to 50 characters.
- Select a value from the Push Status drop-down list.
- Select a value from the Push Type drop-down list.
- Set the start date and end date for Push Time.
- Enter a name or account in the Sender box.
- Click Search to view the filtered results, or click Clear Conditions to reset the filters.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The list refreshes based on the current filter conditions.
- What you can do next: You can continue reviewing or exporting the filtered records.
Tips While Using
- The push description field has a character limit, so keep keywords concise.
- You can combine the time range with other filters to narrow the results.
4. Create a push
Entry path: Service Desk → Manage Service Desk → Notification Center → Create Push
- On the Notification Center page, click Create Push.
- Fill in Push Description to identify the message, with up to 50 characters.
- Edit Push Content by choosing a title color, entering a card title, and typing the body content in the rich text area.
- Insert emojis, links, mentions, images, dividers, or buttons as needed. Each image must be no larger than 10 MB.
- Click Send Preview to Me if you want to preview the result.
- Select a push type: Immediate Push, Scheduled Push, or New Hire Push.
- Set the push scope by selecting target members or departments.
- After confirming the details, click Save to keep a draft or Submit for Approval to start the approval flow.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The push content is completed and can be saved as a draft or submitted for approval.
- What you can do next: You can later check the push status in the record list.
Tips While Using
- The card title supports up to 10 characters, and the body supports up to 3000 characters.
- Recipients must be within the current service desk visible scope and not in a disabled scope, or they will not receive the push.
- When you save or submit for approval, recipients outside the visible scope are filtered out.
5. Download the push list
Entry path: Service Desk admin area → Notification Center → Download Push List
- On the Notification Center page, click Download Push List.
- Wait for the system to export the current push record data.
- Open the downloaded file and review fields such as push description, push status, and push type.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The system generates and downloads the export file.
- What you can do next: You can review, archive, or audit the records offline.
Tips While Using
- The export reflects the current record data, so it is helpful to finish filtering before downloading.
