Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you do not enter the My page first, you may not see the Favorites tab.
  • Environment note: If you are not signed in or collaboration data has not synced yet, the list may not be complete.

2. Search saved items

Entry: Favorites page → Search box at the top

  1. Open the Favorites page first.
  2. Enter a keyword in the search box at the top.
  3. Wait for the list to filter items whose names or content match the keyword.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The list narrows automatically based on the keyword you entered.

  • Next action available: You can continue reading the message, opening the file, or checking schedule details.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you no longer have permission to the original content, it may not open completely.
  • Environment note: Some items require network access and an account with the right permissions.
