FAQ

What is the difference between one-click installation and custom installation?

  1. One-click installation uses the default path and default settings to finish setup.
  2. Custom installation lets you set the install path, launch at startup, and desktop shortcut options manually.
  3. Choose one-click installation for a faster setup, or choose custom installation if you need to adjust installation options.

Can I change the installation path?

  1. Yes. In custom installation mode, open the path setting area and choose the folder you want to use.
  2. Confirm the new installation directory.
  3. Click Install Now to finish installation with the new path.

How do I make WPS Teams launch at startup?

  1. Run the installer and open the custom installation page.
  2. Turn on Launch at startup.
  3. Finish installation. The app will then start automatically when Windows starts.

What should I do if there is no desktop shortcut after installation?

  1. First, check the Start menu and confirm that WPS Teams was installed successfully.
  2. If Add desktop shortcut was not selected during installation, a desktop icon may not be created.
  3. You can run the installer again and turn on that option in custom installation.
