Entry: Message editor bar → Send File → Send Picture
- Open a group chat or direct chat.
- Click the Send File button in the message editor bar.
- Select Send Picture from the pop-up menu.
- In the system file picker, locate the image you want to send.
- Select the image and click Open.

2. Add Explanatory Text
Entry: Message editing area → Text box below the image
- After the image is loaded into the message editing area, find the text box below the image.

- Interface result: The text you entered appears below the image.
- Next action available: You can continue editing the text or move to the sending step.

3. Preview and Send
Entry: Message editing area → Send button
- Check whether the image is correct.
- Check whether the explanatory text is complete.
- Click the Send button at the lower right.
- Review the sent result in the chat window.

- Next action available: Recipients can view the image and its explanation together.
