Can I still modify a template after it is published?

  1. Open the Lightweight Approval admin console and go to the template list.
  2. Find the target template and click Edit.
  3. Update Basic Settings, Form Settings, Process Settings, or More Settings.
  4. Publish the template again so the updated configuration takes effect.

Can I reorder form controls?

  1. Open Form Settings for the target template.
  2. Select the control you want to move.
  3. Drag the sort handle above the control to change its position.
  4. Check that the display order matches the intended form flow.

How do I add multiple approval nodes to a process?

  1. Open Process Settings for the template.
  2. Add more approval nodes or CC nodes under the existing flow.
  3. Configure the approver type and rule for each node.
  4. Save the settings and continue with the remaining configuration.

What happens to submitted approval requests after a template is disabled?

  1. Confirm the current usage status of the template before disabling it.
  2. After the template is disabled, it can no longer be used for new approval requests.
