Can I still modify a template after it is published?
- Open the Lightweight Approval admin console and go to the template list.
- Find the target template and click Edit.
- Update Basic Settings, Form Settings, Process Settings, or More Settings.
- Publish the template again so the updated configuration takes effect.
Can I reorder form controls?
- Open Form Settings for the target template.
- Select the control you want to move.
- Drag the sort handle above the control to change its position.
- Check that the display order matches the intended form flow.
How do I add multiple approval nodes to a process?
- Open Process Settings for the template.
- Add more approval nodes or CC nodes under the existing flow.
- Configure the approver type and rule for each node.
- Save the settings and continue with the remaining configuration.
What happens to submitted approval requests after a template is disabled?
- Confirm the current usage status of the template before disabling it.
- After the template is disabled, it can no longer be used for new approval requests.
- Approval requests that were already submitted can continue through the original process.
- If you need to use the template again, review whether to enable it again or duplicate it as a new template.
