How long does it take for a sensitive word to take effect?
- Save the settings after adding the sensitive word.
- Wait for the system to process the rule.
- It is expected to take effect within about 5 minutes, after which members cannot send text messages containing that content.
What are the limits for keyword length and total quantity?
- Open the sensitive-word management page to review the current count.
- Each sensitive keyword can contain up to 20 characters.
- The total number of added keywords can be up to 5,000.
How much historical data can hit records search cover?
- Open the View Hit Records page.
- Set the sending time range.
- Search currently supports hit records from the past year only.
How do I export hit records?
- Open the View Hit Records tab.
- Set the filters and click Search.
- Click Export to export records for the current query range.
If I delete a sensitive word, will past blocked results be restored?
- Deleting a sensitive word only affects later rule matching.
- Later messages are no longer restricted by that keyword.
- Existing historical hit results are not restored because the keyword was removed.
