1. Open the Content Compliance page

Entry path: Enterprise admin console → Security Control → Sensitive Word Settings

  1. Sign in to the enterprise admin console.
  2. In the left navigation pane, click Security Control.
  3. Click Sensitive Word Settings.
  4. Confirm that the page shows the Manage Sensitive Words and View Hit Records tabs.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The Sensitive Word Settings page opens successfully.
  • Next action available: You can switch between keyword management and hit-record review.

2. Add sensitive keywords

Entry path: Sensitive Word Settings → Manage Sensitive Words → Add

  1. Open the Sensitive Word Settings page.
  2. Stay on the Manage Sensitive Words tab.
  3. Click Add to open the add-keyword dialog box.
  4. Enter a sensitive keyword in the input box.
  5. Each sensitive keyword can contain up to 20 characters.
  6. Press Enter after each keyword if you want to continue adding more.
  7. Click Save after all keywords are entered.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The newly added keywords appear in the list.
  • Next action available: You can continue adding, reviewing, or deleting keywords.

3. View and delete sensitive words

Entry path: Sensitive Word Settings → Manage Sensitive Words → Keyword List

  1. Open the Manage Sensitive Words tab.
  2. Check the total number of keywords shown at the top of the page.
  3. Review the list details, such as keyword, added by, and added time.
  4. Select the checkbox for the keyword you want to remove.
  5. Click Delete.
  6. Newly added sensitive words are expected to take effect within about 5 minutes.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: Current keyword details are visible, and deleted items no longer appear in the list.
  • Next action available: You can continue maintaining other keywords.

Tips While Using

  • Common issue: Confirm the selected item before deletion to avoid removing the wrong keyword.

4. View hit records

Entry path: Sensitive Word Settings → View Hit Records

  1. Open the Sensitive Word Settings page.
  2. Click the View Hit Records tab.
  3. Enter the keyword you want to search for in the Sensitive Word field.
  4. Select a time range in Sending Time.
  5. Click Search.
  6. Review the result list, including channel, sender, message content, sending time, and matched sensitive word.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The page displays a list of hit records that match the filters.
  • Next action available: You can refine the filters or export the results.

Tips While Using

  • Environment: Only hit records from the past year are supported for search.

5. Export hit records

Entry path: View Hit Records → Export

  1. Open the View Hit Records page.
  2. Set the filters you need and run the search first.
  3. Click Export.
  4. Wait for the system to generate and export the file for the current query range.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The system starts exporting a file or generates a downloadable result.
  • Next action available: You can save the exported file for archiving or review.
