FAQ
How long is record activity retained?
- Each record shows up to the most recent 14 days of edit history.
- Activity older than 14 days is no longer shown in the Record Activity panel.
- If you need long-term retention for important changes, review or archive the information in your own workflow in time.
Can I view the activity of a deleted record?
- You cannot continue viewing the detailed activity of a deleted record.
- The delete action itself is recorded in collaboration records.
- If you need to confirm field changes before deletion, review the record activity before the record is removed.
What is the difference between record activity and version history?
- Record activity shows field-level change details for one record.
- Version history shows the full state of the file at a specific point in time.
- If you need to confirm who changed which field in one record, use Record Activity first. If you need to review the historical state of the whole file, use version history.
