1. View Record Activity
Entry: In table view, right-click a record and select Record Activity
- In table view, right-click the record row that you want to review.
- In the context menu, click Record Activity.
- In the record details panel, the interface switches to the Activity tab automatically.
- Review the change history for the record and check these details:
- Time: when the change happened
- Operator: who made the change
- Field: which field was changed
- Before: the value before the change
- After: the value after the change
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the record details panel opens and shows the Activity tab.
- Next action: you can continue reviewing the current record or switch to another record.
Tips While Using
- Record Activity tracks data edits, not view actions.
- Batch edits are recorded in the activity history of each affected record.
- You can use the up and down arrows at the top of the panel to switch to another record quickly.
