1. View Record Dynamics

Entry point: Right-click a record → View Record Dynamics / Expand Record → Dynamics

  1. Open the target multidimensional table and switch to the table view you want to review.
  2. Right-click any cell in the target record.
  3. Select View Record Dynamics, or select Expand Record.
  4. If you opened the expanded record panel, click the Dynamics tab.
  5. Review the record changes, including the editor, edit time, and the content before and after the change.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: You can see the dynamics list for the selected record.
  • Next action: You can continue checking the edit time, editor, and field changes.
  • No side effect: The original data in the table is not changed by viewing the history.

Tips While Using

  • Each record shows up to the most recent 14 days of changes.
  • If the record has no recent visible changes, the dynamics list may contain few items or be empty.
  • You need permission to view the target multidimensional table and record.
