1. View change records from the floating edit bar
Entry path: Floating edit bar → Recent Changes
- Select the cell whose recent changes you want to review to open the floating edit bar.
- Tap Recent Changes in the floating edit bar.
- Wait for the content to finish loading.
- Review the recent change records shown in reverse chronological order.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A list of recent change records for the selected cell is displayed.
- Next action available: You can switch to another cell and repeat the same check.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If no cell is selected first, the entry may not appear as expected.
- Environment note: Keep the network connection stable while records are loading.
- Record order: The most recent edit appears first.
2. View change records from the View tab
Entry path: Bottom View tab → Recent Changes
- Select the cell whose recent changes you want to review.
- Tap the View tab at the bottom.
- Find and tap Recent Changes in the tab area.
- Wait for the content to finish loading.
- Review the recent change records shown in reverse chronological order.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The recent change records for the current cell are displayed.
- Next action available: You can return to the sheet and check another cell.
Tips While Using
