What should I do if the document size shown in Document Information looks inaccurate?

  1. Refresh the current page or reopen the Document Information panel.
  2. Check whether the document's data, attachments, or images have changed recently.
  3. Review the document size again under Basic Information.
  4. If the difference remains, reload the document later and check again.

Does the document size include historical versions?

  1. The displayed document size does not include extra cloud storage used by historical versions.
  2. The document size mainly counts the current multi-dimensional table data, attachments, images, and similar resources.
  3. If you need to estimate total storage usage, review cloud storage usage together with the document size.

Why is the access data not updated immediately?

  1. Confirm that your device has a working internet connection.
  2. Close and reopen the Document Information panel.
  3. Open the Access Data tab again to review the latest statistics.
