1. Open Document Information from the top-left menu
Entry path: Top-left ☰ file menu tab → Document Management → Document Information
- Open the multi-dimensional table.
- Click the ☰ file menu tab at the top-left of the document.
- Select Document Management.
- Click Document Information.
- Review Access Data and Basic Information in the panel.

2. View basic document information
Entry path: Document Information panel → Basic Information tab
- Open the Document Information panel first.
- Switch to the Basic Information tab.
- Review the file name, owner, creation time, document type, document size, and storage location.

- Interface result: The panel shows the document's basic property fields.
- Next action available: You can continue checking ownership, size, and location details.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you stay on the Access Data tab, you will not see the basic property fields.

3. View document access data
Entry path: Document Information panel → Access Data tab
- Open the Document Information panel.
- Switch to the Access Data tab.
- Review the document's view count, viewer count, and editor count.
- Check cumulative and today's data as needed.
- Click Detailed Records to export detailed access data.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The panel shows access statistics.
- Next action available: You can review cumulative and daily data and export detailed records.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you do not switch to the Access Data tab, the statistics will not be shown.
