How-to Guide
1. Open the Document Information panel
Entry: Top-left ☰ file tab → Document Management → Document Information
- Open a smart document.
- Click the ☰ file tab in the top-left corner.
- Select Document Management.
- Click Document Information.
- Confirm that the Access Data and Basic Information tabs are available.

2. Review basic document information
Entry: Document Information panel → Basic Information
- Open the Document Information panel.
- Switch to the Basic Information tab.
- Review the word count, file name, owner, created time, document type, file size, and storage location.

- Check cumulative totals and today’s totals as needed.
- Click Detailed Records to export detailed access data.
