1. Open Document Information

Entry: More (☰) → Document Information

  1. Open a smart document.
  2. Tap the More button in the upper-right corner.
  3. Tap Document Information.
  4. Open the Document Information panel.

Success Criteria

  • On-screen result: The Document Information panel opens.
  • Next action available: You can continue to view access data or basic information.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If the smart document is not open first, the entry may not appear.
  • Environment note: If the document is collaborative online content, keep the network connection stable.

2. View Access Data and Basic Information

Entry: Document Information panel → Access Data / Basic Information

  1. In the Document Information panel, open the Access Data tab.
  2. Check the current document's view count, viewer count, and editor count.
  3. Review cumulative and today-based numbers as needed.
  4. Switch to the Basic Information tab.
  5. Check word count, file name, owner, creation time, document type, document size, and storage location.

Success Criteria

  • On-screen result: Both tabs show the related statistics and file details.
  • Next action available: You can continue managing or sharing the document based on the information shown.
