1. Open Document Information
Entry: More (☰) → Document Information
- Open a smart document.
- Tap the More button in the upper-right corner.
- Tap Document Information.
- Open the Document Information panel.

- On-screen result: The Document Information panel opens.
- Next action available: You can continue to view access data or basic information.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If the smart document is not open first, the entry may not appear.
- Environment note: If the document is collaborative online content, keep the network connection stable.
2. View Access Data and Basic Information
Entry: Document Information panel → Access Data / Basic Information
- In the Document Information panel, open the Access Data tab.
- Check the current document's view count, viewer count, and editor count.
- Review cumulative and today-based numbers as needed.
- Switch to the Basic Information tab.
- Check word count, file name, owner, creation time, document type, document size, and storage location.
Success Criteria
- On-screen result: Both tabs show the related statistics and file details.
- Next action available: You can continue managing or sharing the document based on the information shown.
