1. Open the Sensitive Word Settings page

Entry path: Enterprise Admin Console → Security Control → Sensitive Word Settings

  1. Sign in to the enterprise admin console.
  2. In the left navigation pane, click Security Control.
  3. Click Sensitive Word Settings.
  4. Confirm that the page shows the Manage Sensitive Words and View Hit Records tabs.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The Sensitive Word Settings page opens successfully.
  • Next action available: You can switch between keyword management and hit records.

Tips While Using

  • Permissions: Only enterprise admins can access this page.
  • Environment: A normal network connection is required.

2. Add sensitive keywords

Entry path: Sensitive Word Settings → Manage Sensitive Words → Add

  1. Open Sensitive Word Settings and stay on the Manage Sensitive Words tab.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Enter a sensitive keyword in the dialog box.
  4. Keep each keyword within 20 characters.
  5. Press Enter after each keyword to continue adding the next one.
  6. After all entries are complete, click Save.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The new keyword appears in the list.
  • Next action available: You can continue adding, viewing, or deleting keywords.

Tips While Using

  • Common issue: A keyword longer than 20 characters cannot be entered as required.
  • Suggestion: Use Enter to add multiple keywords continuously.

3. View and delete sensitive keywords

Entry path: Sensitive Word Settings → Manage Sensitive Words → Keyword List

  1. Open the Manage Sensitive Words tab.
  2. Check the total number of added keywords at the top of the page.
  3. Review the keyword, creator, and creation time in the list.
  4. To delete a keyword, select the checkbox before the target item.
  5. Click Delete to remove it.
  6. Newly added sensitive words are expected to take effect within 5 minutes.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The list displays keyword details normally, and deleted items no longer appear.
  • Next action available: You can continue maintaining other keywords.

Tips While Using

  • Quantity limit: Up to 5000 keywords can be added.
  • Effective time: New keywords are expected to take effect within 5 minutes.

4. View sensitive-word hit records

Entry path: Sensitive Word Settings → View Hit Records

  1. Open Sensitive Word Settings.
  2. Click the View Hit Records tab.
  3. Enter the keyword you want to search for in the Sensitive Word field.
  4. Select a time range in Sending Time.
  5. Click Search.
  6. Review the channel, sender, message content, sending time, and matched sensitive word in the results.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The list returns hit records that match the conditions.
  • Next action available: You can adjust filters and search again.

Tips While Using

  • Time range: Only hit records from the past year are supported.
  • Suggestion: Narrow the time range first, then search by keyword for faster results.

5. Export hit records

Entry path: View Hit Records → Export

  1. Open the View Hit Records page.
  2. Set filters as needed and run the search.
  3. Click Export at the top of the page.
  4. Save the exported file.
  5. Check fields such as channel, sender, message content, sending time, and matched sensitive word in the exported result.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The system generates an export file for the current query range.
  • Next action available: You can use the file for audit retention or internal review.

Tips While Using

  • Export scope: The export contains records that match the current query conditions.
  • Suggestion: Confirm the filters before exporting to avoid missing target records.
