1. Open the Ticket Center page

Entry point: Left navigation pane → WPS Workbench → Service Desk → Service Desk Settings → Ticket Center

  1. Click the WPS Workbench icon in the left navigation pane to open the workbench page.
  2. Click the Service Desk icon to open the Service Desk home page.
  3. Click Service Desk Settings to enter the Service Desk admin console.
  4. In the left navigation menu, click Ticket Center to open the Ticket Center page.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: The Ticket Center page opens and shows the list area or tabs.
  • Next actions: You can switch between the Ticket Center, Human Service, and Bot Service tabs.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistakes: If you do not enter Service Desk Settings first, you may not see the Ticket Center entry directly.
  • Environment limits: Your account needs permission to access the Service Desk admin console.

2. View the Ticket Center list

Entry point: Service Desk admin console → Ticket Center → Ticket Center tab

  1. After opening Ticket Center, confirm that the Ticket Center tab is selected.
  2. In the filter area, set conditions such as ticket number, service status, date range, agent, ticket tag, and user satisfaction as needed.
  3. Review the ticket list that matches the current conditions.
  4. Check fields such as status, ticket number, creator, issue type, ticket tag, agent, creation time, end time, closer, and user satisfaction.
  5. If you want to reset the filters, click Clear Conditions.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: The list refreshes based on the current filter conditions.
  • Next actions: You can continue adjusting filters or switch to another tab.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistakes: If too many filters are combined, the result may be empty, so review each condition one by one.
  • Environment limits: The list depends on existing ticket data in the backend.

3. View human-service tickets

Entry point: Service Desk admin console → Ticket Center → Human Service tab

  1. After opening Ticket Center, click the Human Service tab.
  2. Set filters such as ticket number, service status, date range, ticket tag, and user satisfaction.
  3. Click Search to view the results.
  4. If you need to reset the conditions, click Clear Conditions.
  5. Review fields such as ticket number, creator, status, agent, creation time, issue type, and ticket tag.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: The page shows the human-service ticket list.
  • Next actions: You can continue filtering, searching, or switch to another ticket view.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistakes: If you do not click Search, the new filter conditions may not take effect right away.

4. View bot-service tickets

Entry point: Service Desk admin console → Ticket Center → Bot Service tab

  1. After opening Ticket Center, click the Bot Service tab.
  2. Set filters such as ticket number, service status, date range, and user satisfaction.
  3. Click Search to view the results.
  4. If you need to reset the conditions, click Clear Conditions.
  5. Review fields such as ticket number, creator, status, bot, creation time, end time, and user satisfaction.
  6. Use Field Configuration if needed to adjust the displayed columns.
  7. Click Export Tickets if you want to export the current ticket data.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: The page shows the bot-service ticket list, and field configuration or export actions are available.
  • Next actions: You can continue filtering, exporting, or adjusting displayed fields.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistakes: Confirm your filter conditions before exporting so that you do not export the wrong data set.
  • Environment limits: Exported results usually follow the current filter conditions.
