1. Open the Ticket Center page
Entry path: Left sidebar → Workspace → Service Desk → Service Desk Settings → Ticket Center
- Click the Workspace icon in the left sidebar to open the workspace page.
- Click the Service Desk icon to open the service desk home page.
- Click Service Desk Settings to enter the service desk admin console.
- In the left navigation menu, click Ticket Center.

2. Review the Ticket Center list
Entry path: Service desk admin console → Ticket Center → Ticket Center tab
- Open the Ticket Center page and confirm that the Ticket Center tab is active.
- Enter a ticket number or choose filters such as service status, date range, agent, ticket tag, and user satisfaction.
- Review the returned ticket list in the table.
- Click Clear Conditions if you want to reset the filters.
