1. Start a screenshot from the toolbar

1. Open the WPS chat interface.
2. Click the ✂️ icon in the message editor toolbar.
3. Select Screenshot from the drop-down menu.
4. When the pointer changes to a crosshair, drag to select the area you want to capture.

6. Press Enter or click the send button to send it.

2. Capture after hiding the current window

4. Drag on the screen to select the area you want to capture.

4. Use the bottom toolbar to choose rectangle, ellipse, line, arrow, brush, text, or mosaic tools for annotation.
5. If you want to keep a file copy, click Save.
6. If you want to recognize text in the image, click Extract Text.
7. After editing, click ✓ to insert the screenshot into the input box; click ✕ to exit if you want to cancel.
