What is the shortcut for Screenshot?

  1. In a WPS collaboration interface that supports Screenshot, press Ctrl + Shift + A.
  2. After screenshot mode opens, drag to select the area you want to capture.

How do I add markup after taking a screenshot?

  1. First drag to select the screenshot area.
  2. Use the bottom toolbar to choose tools such as arrow, rectangle, text, brush, or mosaic.
  3. After editing, click to insert the marked-up screenshot into the input box.

How do I capture content hidden behind the current window?

  1. Click the ✂️ icon in the message editor toolbar.
  2. Select Hide Current Window Screenshot.
  3. After the window is hidden, select the target area to complete the capture.

Why was my screenshot not sent immediately?

  1. After capture, the image is inserted into the input box first.
