Why can’t I see the Reply button?

  1. Confirm that you are in a collaboration chat window instead of another interface.
  2. Hover over a specific message and check whether a toolbar appears on the right side of the message.

  4. If the interface still looks abnormal, reopen the chat window and try again.

How do I cancel a quoted reply that is already in progress?

What is the difference between a quoted reply and a normal message?

  1. A normal message only shows the new content you send.

How can I quickly find the original message after sending a quoted reply?
