FAQ

What is the difference between a reference reply and a regular message?

  1. A regular message is sent as a separate new message.
  2. A reference reply stays linked to one specific message and shows a reference card in the chat.
  3. This makes it easier for other participants to understand which earlier message the reply is addressing.

Can I reply to the same message more than once?

  1. Yes. You can use Reply on the same message multiple times.
  2. Each sent reply appears as its own separate reference reply message.
  3. Different participants can also reply to the same original message.

How do I cancel a reply that is already in progress?

  1. First confirm that the editor is currently in reply mode.
  2. Find the × button in the quote area.
  3. Click it to leave reply mode and return the editor to the normal input state without sending the current content.
